We at Signature never want a customer to be unhappy with any repair that was done at our facility. Not knowing who this was I can't say what was done for certain, But I am sure that any issues with the repair in questioon was fixed as soon as we heard of any issue. Quality is very important so any employee whos work doesn't meet those standards doesn't stay employed by us very long.

Very poor paint match on a pretty new car. Large uneven gap on front end, fixed when I pointed it out. Later found the grill was loose and found parts to secure it missing.
