If the dents are very small, you can use a small, inexpensive, paintless dent repair kit, which works by gluing a tab over the dent and applying leverage to pull up or a small dent "slide hammer". With the proper "finese", the dent can be repaired without using any paint at all.  I have seen these kits work very well in the right hands.  Be patient and don't "overpull" the dent.  You can always remove the tab and apply another one if you didn't pull it out far enough, but, if you "overpull" the spot, the metal will stretch and will never look right.  Always better to error on the side of "not enough".  This type of dent removal take time and practice, but, I have seen very good results on very small dents.

Good luck!

While these "kits" might work for some people some of the time, it's rare that someone without proper training or practice will be able to remove a dent 100%. It takes a lot of time and patience to master the proper method.

Your best bet, if you want a complete repair, would be to call a good dent guy. One that knows what he's doing and has a good reputation. Just like any other business, there are those who excel at what they do and those who don't. I would question them on whether or not the drill for access or if they have other ways to get to the dents they repair.
