This business along with Wells towing are crooks. They  prey on accident victims in Danvers who have no say who or where there smashed car is towed because they are contracted with the Town of Danvers.  My car was towed there after being rear ended. I was told by the guy in towing to leave it there and the towing and storage of  $35.00 daily would be paid by the insurance co after 10 days I got approval from the insurance co .I wanted to pick up my car and was told by the owners and their rude help that I would have to pay $580.00 cash to get my car and then he hung up on me.  The owner refused to give me an estimate for the damage saying that he worked directly with the Insurance Co. This sounds like a conflict of interest to me  and should not be allowed. Danvers Auto body does not care about the customer and lies to victims of accidents that occur there, the owner told me that he did not own the tow co and then proceeded to extort cash from me .
If your car is towed there I would pay the tow fee and get your car out of there asap,  Never trust these people!
